Hi Valerie,
Excited to finally get the AHC program started. Elaine was a wonderful trainer. Addressed all our concerns and fed us a wealth of information in bite size pieces. Less than a half day in our office seeing patients and can already see the clinical and financial benefits of the program. We are looking forward to holding each other accountable to effectively implement our new protocols to better serve our patients.

Hi Valerie. The Advanced Hygiene Concept program was initiated into my Dental practice in November 2020. The result after Elaine spent the week with us was staggering.
We increased Hygiene production $160,238 dollars in 3 months! Our hourly production has gone from $100 dollars an hour to $200 dollars an hour. I highly recommend this program.
A recent email from Dr. Michael A. White of St. Louis, MO https://sunsethills.dentist/
Hi Elaine. This is Dr. White. We have been adapting your suggestions for one and a half days now. About 14 hours of clinical time since you left us on Saturday. What is happening can only be described a miraculous. 80% of all patients are accepting treatment and the projected hygiene income based on scheduled patients for the rest of August will be unbelievable. Amanda has never done higher than 32K. She is now scheduled for 36K. Kelsey has never done higher than 12K. She is scheduled to do 15K. That means a combined increase of 7,000 and that’s only with 8 days to go and just 1 1/2 after the consulting service you provided. God only know what next month will be like and what next year will be like. I have been in business over 30 years and I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life. Our vocabulary is changing. Instead of “probing to check pocket depth” we are “checking for inflammation and bacterial infection”. Instead of recommending treatment to ” reduce pocket depth and save your teeth” we are saying “to get rid of the infection and prevent you from suffering from the health and heart consequences of untreated bacterial infection flowing through your blood vessels….oh and by the way, you will keep your teeth too! Bonus!!”
On a more serious note. Today we had a 45 year old man, father of 2 young children, who has several heart problems and has been seeing a cardiologist for several years. He had borderline moderate/advance periodontal disease. We discussed the perio – heart disease link and talked about the bacterial infection (not pocket depth) and the burden on his immune system (not he needs to floss more) and the risk to your overall health and obviously the problems that this can cause with your heart (not need to brush more or you could lose your teeth). A whole new way of thinking. These patients are getting it and this guy has already scheduled for tomorrow to start treatment. We will be sending a letter to his cardiologist. After the patient left, I asked Amber, how does it feel that as a team, you and I just probably will help prevent these kids from losing their dad way too soon. It was very humbling.
Jim Dumolin, who has advised many dentists through his financial and practice management programs, Masterplan Alliance and TheWealthyDentist.com, has referred over 300 of his clients to Advanced Hygiene Concepts. In this three minute video, he explains his rationale, as well as the success his clients have had with the program. Some have made millions of dollars in higher profits.
The Best Consulting Program I have ever worked with.
“Advanced Hygiene Concepts is the best in house consulting program I have ever worked with in 20 plus years of practice. Using the excellent systems they have developed we have taken what was already a very proactive hygiene program and made it state of the art. Advanced Hygiene Concepts allows us to offer optimal care for the patients and excellent rewards for the practice.”
Dr. David Potts, Libertyville, IL
Doctor Allan Ringard from Napa, California has been a client since 1999. In this 11 minute video, he and his team walk us through the process they went through in deciding on a hygiene consultant and talk about what the program has meant for their office.
Dr. Scott Dahlquist, Salt Lake City, UT “Hiring Advanced Hygiene Concepts was the best thing I ever did, and the reason that my hygienists average $1000 to $1200 per day, not to mention the restorative dentistry that they help me sell, both generating higher profit for the practice. Both of my hygienists love the program and how it makes them feel about their jobs and careers.”
Doctor Robert Warren, Who unfortunately recently passed away had been a client since 1999, and had incredible results until his passing. In this one minute video, he explains how AHC helped his practice turn around his hygiene department and turn it into a highly profitable part of his practice..
Dr. Ted Morgan, Gorham ME “In just two and a half days, Advanced Hygiene Concepts showed us how to adapt our perio program to treat our patients’ individual needs. We saw an immediate increase in our hygiene production and higher profits! They are a great team and are always there if we have questions.”
Doctor Gary Imm, from Westminster Maryland has been a client since 2000, and is extremely happy with our program. In this one minute video, he talks about his feelings.
Doctor Jeff Clay, from Shady Spring, West Virginia implemented our program in late 1997, and has been enjoying excellent results ever since, generating increased profit for the practice.
Dr. Dan Clader, Montrose, CO “We have had the Advanced Hygiene Concepts in-office training with healthier, more stable patients, happier hygienists, and increased productivity and profit. If you feel you have any upside potential in your hygiene department, it’s a no-brainer to have these professionals give you a systematic approach to make it happen.”
Pat Worcester, RDH, Pompano Beach, FL “I have been a full time hygienist for the past twenty two years. Advanced Hygiene Concepts has given me a “re-birth” into my hygiene skills. They have motivated me to improve my patient oral health education and to have my patients take responsibility for their own oral health. Due to this approach, our hygiene department has doubled its production. In doing so, I have felt not only good about my patients accepting the necessary treatment they need, but also the financial benefits to our practice. On closing, it is with gratitude, to them, for enlightening me to the tools needed for education and success.”
